Mental Fitness Coaching

Program Overview – This 6 months coaching program will help you gain a deeper understanding of the need for healthy daily discipline and how small changes in thinking and habits can lead to profound changes in your health and relationships. This program offers you the opportunity to explore who you are as a person and will take you into a place where communication, connection, creativity can happen naturally.

Program Format consists of:

  • smartUBC Mindfulness sessions- consists of 8 weekly 2-hour sessions and one 4-hour workshop.

  • Personal coaching includes 3 one-hour coaching sessions

  • Weekend retreat

  • 10 2-hours Drop-in Mindfulness Community Sessions

Program Outcomes – the course trains you to:

  • Gain effective strategies in managing challenging situations,

  • Enhance concentration and executive function (planning, decision-making and impulse control),

  • Employ self-care techniques to cultivate personal and professional resilience,

  • Manage stress through a greater understanding and control of emotions,

  • Improve personal overall mental and physical health,

  • Promote happiness through healthy habits of the mind,

  • Revitalize personal and professional purpose.

Stress is the hidden disease that erodes our health, happiness and productivity. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.
