Description

Mindful Woman: Rest, Reset & Refocus Through Self-Love

Do you feel the yearning for greater intimacy, connection, creativity and a higher degree of thriving? You are not alone! We are all born to experience the powerful love, higher creativity, and great magic that starts from within us.

February is the month of Love and you are invited to give yourself a Valentine’s Gift!

On February 9, 2019, join Corinne, Iwona, and a community of women for a half-day workshop on planting seeds of new possibilities for yourself, your loved ones, and your community by embracing radical self-love.

Our intention for this time together is to:

  • have fun;
  • create space for you to rest, reset, and refocus;
  • connect to other women and learn from each other;
  • create a plan for radical self-love;
  • break down myths and taboos about female sexuality and intimacy; and
  • learn useful tips on how to love and embrace your body as well as deepen your intimacy and sexuality.

In this workshop, we will explore how to show up authentically while finding balance and strength to be who you are and not who others expect you to be.
