Do you struggle with your body image and your commitment to self-care? You are not alone! Even though we have the capacity to experience great love, creativity and magic, our perceptions often prevent us from getting there. Join Tania, Iwona and a community of women for a half-day workshop on embracing self-care to improve your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
In this Workshop, you will:

• Connect with other women and learn from each other
• Create a plan for self-care
• Identify which of the 6 components of health you might be neglecting
• Learn useful tools for making significant improvements to your health and overall wellbeing
We will explore how to show up authentically while finding balance and strength to be who you are and not who others expect you to be.
Tania Gustafson has been active in the health and fitness industry since 1986 when she entered as a fitness instructor and trainer. Fall 2011 Tania partnered with internationally renowned nutrition and fitness expert, Mark Macdonald, and in Spring of 2017 officially earned the title of Master Nutrition Coach through Venice Nutrition and the International Board of Nutrition & Fitness Coaches (IBNFC). Currently, Tania is one of only five health professionals licensed and certified in Canada to deliver this proven, three-phase program of blood sugar stabilization, not dieting. Committed to ending the dieting madness and educating people on how to increase their level of health as they age, Tania shares practical tips and takeaways participants can use immediately to begin seeing results in their health and the positive ripple effect it has on those around them.
